why: ... the most frequently asked question of them all! well, kristyna studied several semesters of chinese at washington u in st. louis and wants to solidify her skills. we are both going because now is the time for an adventure! with the present u.s. economy, our newly graduated status, our lack of full-time jobs, cheap plane tickets and good contacts in china... now seems like a very logical (and exciting!) time to go.
